Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on the following order types:
- Gear & Apparel Orders: Free shipping on orders of $49 or more
- Blank Headwear Orders: Free shipping on orders of $199 or more
Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons (holiday shopping, ski season), processing times may extend slightly. We'll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Shipping Speeds & Carriers
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. We ship from our fulfillment center in Northwood, Ohio, which means customers in the Midwest typically receive orders on the faster end of that range.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your order.
Expedited Shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime at ridgeandriver.com/apps/track-my-order.
If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if items are sourced from different locations or are oversized. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply for non-contiguous states). We do not currently ship internationally.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. If a P.O. Box is entered and cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee may apply. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ridgeandriver.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out.
In-Store Pickup
