Low-profile truckers like the Richardson 115 and OTTO 83-473 sit close to the head. Mid-profile caps like the Richardson 112 are the classic everyday fit. High-profile caps like the Richardson 168 and OTTO 39-165 have a tall front panel with lots of room for a logo.

Front: cotton twill or foam

Most truckers have a cotton or cotton-poly twill front, such as the Richardson 112's 60/40 blend. Foam-front truckers like the OTTO 39-165 and Outdoor Cap Foam 5-Panel give the retro, high-crown look and take heat transfers well.

Panels

6-panel truckers have a center seam on the front. 5-panel truckers (Richardson 112FP, OTTO 32-467 and 39-071) have a seamless front panel that's easier to embroider or patch.
