It took several hours of careful review and help from a friend to assemble the rack. Once assembled I attached it to my hitch and it sagged backwards when loaded with two lightweight Salsa bikes. I have another Kuat rack that I use for my Cannonade e-bikes (think heavy) and that rack does not sag when loaded with these heavy bikes. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
The rack itself is great. My one note would be that the instructions aren’t as clear as they could be. It took a while to figure out what angle I was viewing when some of the steps were zoomed in which made assembly take longer than expected.
I purchased a bike rack from Ridge & River who not only offered the best deal with a promo that my local shop couldn’t honor, but they shipped it promptly and I received it in mint condition being double boxed (large item).
