Blank beanie styles

Cuffed beanies

A folded cuff gives the classic look and a flat, double-layer spot for a logo. Try the Richardson R18 and 137 or Outdoor Cap's 870 (4" cuff) and OC804 (3" cuff).

Watch caps

A watch cap is a close-fitting cuffed beanie. Outdoor Cap's 870, OC804 and super-stretch KN-400 are classic watch caps, and the 808 adds a waffle knit.

Pom beanies

For a pom on top, choose the Outdoor Cap OC806 (oversized pom), KNF-WILD (tonal pom) or KNF-100, or the striped Richardson 134.

Texture

Waffle knits (Richardson 146, Outdoor Cap 808) and the OTTO 82-1 cable knit add texture for a more premium look.

Extra warmth

The Outdoor Cap KNF-100 is fleece lined, the Richardson R20 is soft micro fleece, and the Richardson 126 duck camo beanie is a double-layer knit.

What's the difference between a watch cap and a beanie?
A watch cap is a type of beanie: a close-fitting knit hat with a folded cuff. Beanie is the broader term, which also covers cuffless, slouchy and pom styles.
Which blank beanies are best for embroidery or patches?
Cuffed beanies are the easiest to decorate, because the folded cuff gives a flat, double-layer surface for embroidery or a patch. The Richardson R18 and 137 and the Outdoor Cap 870 and OC804 are popular choices.
Do you have fleece-lined beanies?
Yes. The Outdoor Cap KNF-100 pom beanie is fleece lined, and the Richardson R20 is made from soft micro fleece.
