The cotton carcass is fused to the tire tread using a newly developed electrovulcanization process, making the tire 100% seamless. This also results in an even more flexible, aerodynamic and reliable tire construction. Thanks to a puncture protection on the tread and the bead (Bead Shield), the tire is protected and resistant. In addition, there is a QR code for all important information on the tire.
