I want to give a special shout out to Jenna who's a Support Specialist. Jenna took the time to respond to a couple emails I had sent during the shops closed hours. I was really thankful for that, as well as her help to rush ship my order to me so I would have it by the weekend! Jenna was able to accommodate my situation, and I felt like a kid in the candy shop when I got back to the hotel after work that day. Thank you to the team involved with making it happen, but a major shout out and thank you to Jenna! YOU ROCK!!! Haha I forgot I needed some gloves after the whole interaction, so I spent a couple days scouring the area for a pair and lucked out. Multiple ski shops within an hour drive... otherwise I would have got some from y'all.

Ordered over a week ago and still hasnt arrived. Weird b/c it was shipped from oregon and delivery address is in Oregon ad well…
These Smith 4D Mag Ski Goggles add at least 25 degrees of viewing angle in every direction (side to side AND up and down) which dramatically increases skiing safety and pleasure.
It is like insulating your face and keeping the snow out of your eyes while you see more in every direction without having to turn your head.
Try the Smith 4D Mag Ski Goggles and you will never go skiing without them.
Once communication was established with the seller the returns/exchange was very easy. I’ll be sending the goggles back and hope the next pair don’t have the same defect

Goggle packaging was not in new condition, and maybe because it appears the goggles are from 2019 (printed date on packaging).
